This lesson uses the easy version of the chords G, C, and Em. These are three of the four chords required for the RGT Initial Stage guitar exam. These easy chord shapes are great for new students to use when trying to play songs, as the bigger, more common chord shapes can be hard to play when you’re brand new to guitar, or if you’re a young child.
