‘Abstract Ideas’ is a quick sound art piece I made in response to BBC Radio 6, Mary Anne Hobbs’ show Art Is Everywhere. Made during the show on Sunday 01/12/13 using samples from the show and samples I recorded while the show was playing in the background.
Total time of sampling, creating, mixing, bouncing, uploading to Soundcloud, Tweeting the track and emailing it over to BBC Radio6 was less than 2 hours.
Played on Mary Anne Hobbs’ show on 07/12/13.
